1. Let Go of the Old Self: "You will never go farther than the limits of the person you see yourself. " What are the limits I see in myself? Let's deconstruct them
Reflect on the stories, beliefs, and habits that no longer serve you. Write them down and acknowledge that they are part of your past. Decide to release them.
Identify Your Dream Self: Take a piece of paper and write down who you want to become. Describe her identity, beliefs, feelings, and daily habits. Be as detailed as possible.
Action plan: practice embodiment and consistency: Whenever you are in a new environment (like a coffee shop or a store), consciously embody your new identity. Act, think, and feel as if you are already that person.
Take Small Steps: Set achievable goals that align with your new identity. For example, if you want to be healthier, start by incorporating one healthy meal a day. Consistency: Commit to practicing these steps daily. Reinforce your new identity through consistent actions and thoughts until it becomes a natural part of who you are.
For consistency, you have to remind yourself to do it. At the end of each week, come back to this page reflect on your progress.
