what you focus on growths… and why learning is not enough🤔

Curiosity and learning can be your fuel in life and bring you far.
I'm a (little too) curious person.
After dedicating my life to building profitable passion projects and online business while traveling the world, being obsessed with learning new things was part of my routine…
And after reading 100+ books, I realized that just learning without practicing and action will not get me too far -
because to be great you must practice what you learn,
otherwise this amazing knowledge you were so excited about will stay just a theory in your mind, or maybe it will be completely forgotten in a few days.

Inspired by this realization,
I wanted to be better in USING this knowledge and not just consuming and getting excited by it, (Dopamine rush!)
So I decided to develop a method to practice the concepts I'm inspired by and want to truly embody in my life, and transforms the teachings, wisdom, and insights that resonate with me into simple, one-minute mindset exercises.

This simple exercise / to shows you the concept and the question you want to practice, and you need to meditate and focus on that question for just 1 minute.


These bite-sized practices allow me to repeatedly embody the principles I wish to truly live by, turning them from abstract ideas into lived experiences and evolve myself.

I also turned the teachings and wisdom from Alex Hormozi, Eckhart Tolle, James Clear, and even Peaky Blinders - into those simple 1-minute mindset exercises.

I saw it as was just a cute experiment -
but the results were incredible and lead to something I didn't expect…


Repetition is the key. you become what you repeat and focus on.

So originally I have designed this for the long term effects, you know, the getting better 1% every day through consistent practice…
But very quickly I've discovered something amazing ( I still feel lucky and grateful for that)…
It also had incredible instant effects on my mood, focus and productivity after just 1 minute of practice.

So here's how it started:
I practiced it for the first time with a productivity question I learned from Tim Ferris, that should've helped me with increased clarity and ranking my tasks in order of priority and succession.

It goes like…

Which of my tasks and things I want to do - if accomplished - would make everything else easier or irrelevant?”


I meditated on it and wrote it.
So simple.
I have felt more focused after just 1 minute of practicing it.
It helped me dissolve performance anxiety,
because was able to "ask" myself and "give advice" to myself,
but from the "highest potential, most positive and calm version of myself,
instead of listening to the stressed out version.

The more I started doing it, the more came natural reminders of self love, focus, confidence, clarity into.
It became a pure moment in my day to reflect and focus on what's important for me.
It became my happy place, where I felt everything was in order and under control.
My decisions got easier, my mood was better, and all I needed was…
an easy way for me focus on what I want.
Mindblowing.

Then,
I started to make more and more questions and rotate them so it will never get "boring".
Every-time I load the page was a surprise, a fun and exciting way to practice it.

And now I simply wanted to share this love and passion project I created and and bring it to the world.

i have based this method on 3 things:

-neuroscience and brain plactisy principles I have learn after having a near-death brain accident and brain surgery, which caused me to be curious about how our brain works. which basically says that the more we are exposed to something, our brain structure and personality also changes. facinating.
-active meditation and visualization and law of attraction: I'm a fan of spirituality, but the whole law of attraction seems too "wishful thinking". you know, the affirmation thing like if you are stressed person you should say "I am feeling relaxed right now" even if you're not really - it can even create a negative reaction . But, an amazing thing happening when you ask instead "how does it feels to be relaxed?" . Your brain automaticlly focus on that. and because our brain can't ignore questions, and because it can't differentiate between imagination and reality, you are actually becoming more relaxed.
-growth and business mindset: you are becoming similar to the people you hang out with, and to the information you are consuming. it's vanity. I have traveled the world for 7+ years and now I live on an island in Thailand. I'm walking on the beach to my coworking space, eating healthy, working out and trying to enjoy every moment. My work is a big part of my life, and I have designed this as a lifestyle business- I don't have a boss or clients, my business is working for me instead of I work for it, thanks to automation and traffic growth.
